Health Access RI is a way for those without health insurance or high deductible insurance to buy affordable primary medical care.  We are 10 Family Practices across Rhode Island offering complete office-based primary care* services at very low cost.  You get:

• Your own doctor for a monthly membership fee, usually $25 or $30. 
• Complete office based primary care*, usually just $5 or $10 per visit.
• Find a doctor now.

(*Complete primary care includes: complete physical exams, well child care, routine women's care, same day sick visits, management of chronic medical conditions, immunizations, office based procedures, and 24/7 access to an on call physician for emergencies after hours.)
