What is HealthAccessRI?
HealthAccessRI (HARI) is a collaborative association of primary care doctors and medical practices throughout Rhode Island. HealthAccessRI participating practices charge patients a monthly membership fee, usually $25 or $30. Members then receive complete office based primary care services at very low cost for each visit, usually just $5 or $10. Patients then have a medical home and receive comprehensive primary care services, including complete physical exams, well child care, routine women's care, same day sick visits, management of chronic medical conditions, immunizations, office based procedures, and 24/7 access to an on call physician for emergencies after hours.

HARI Specialists and Health Service Affiliates
HARI Specialists and other Health Service Affiliates simply discount their fees for HealthAccessRI patients who pay cash on a fee for service basis. Service providers include not only specialists, but also labs, imaging services, physical therapy and home nursing services, to name a few.

HARI Specialists and other Health Service Affiliates that are also Medicare providers agree to discount their fees down to Medicare rates for cash paying HARI patients.

Being a HARI Specialist Health Service Affiliate is simple. All you do is agree to accept Medicare rates for HARI cash paying patients. You will be listed on our website so that patients can find you easily. If you optionally choose to be a Premium Health Service Affiliate, your name and logo will also appear on our website and in all print and electronic newsletters and advertising.

Premium Health Service Affiliates
HARI Premium Health Service Affiliates increase their visual presence by optionally purchasing full logo placement in print and online marketing materials, including the HealthAccessRI web site, newsletters and all print and electronic advertising.
